The 1987 Tennessee Volunteers football team represented the University of Tennessee in the 1987 NCAA Division I-A football season. The Vols won the Kickoff Classic over the Iowa Hawkeyes. Led by head coach Johnny Majors, the Volunteers won the Peach Bowl.
